Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the loan outstanding portfolio and identify delinquent customers, along with the reasons for default.
- Conduct area surveys for new group formations and potential borrowers.
- Collaborate with branch managers and credit officers for prompt recoveries.
- Collect overdue payments by informing customers of repayment options.
- Motivate clients for timely loan repayment and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Maintain constant contact with clients for loan recovery through field visits and telephonic follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, SBP prudential regulations, and data confidentiality.
- Support discipline, integrity, and office decorum within branch operations.
- Complete reporting, MIS updates, and documentation as per banking requirements.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or related discipline.

- Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the banking sector (credit, recovery, or collection preferred).

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Core Banking Systems (CBS).
