Key Responsibilities
· Command sales expansion, elevate market share, and safeguard profitability benchmarks throughout MEA.
· Fortify after-sales frameworks to uplift customer satisfaction and guarantee uninterrupted parts flow.
· Undertake evaluative reviews while sculpting developmental blueprints for internal teams.
· Identify, evaluate, and induct distributors adhering to the marque’s stringent standards.
· Architect and execute regional strategies for product portfolios, channel distribution, and brand marketing.

Required Qualifications
Academic Requirement: MBA or cognate qualification in Business, Management, or Marketing.
Professional Background:
· 12–18 years within the motorcycle/two-wheeler realm.
· Minimum 5 years commanding a regional stewardship mandate.
· Proven OEM exposure—non-negotiable.
· Robust familiarity with MEA landscapes and distributor/dealer governance.
· Demonstrated triumph in expansion initiatives, P&L custodianship, and strategic market ingress.
